INTUITIVE ENERGETIC HEALING

Our bodies are designed with the ability to regenerate and heal. Often negative energy, painful memories, trauma and stress have reprogrammed our natural healing state into a disruptive, diseased, oppressive and depressed state. This low energetic state interrupts and impedes our healing processes and prevents us from living in our higher states of peacefulness and ease. Our intuitive healers have spent years working in the energetic body and biofields of the body. They have trained under seasoned masters to learn subtle techniques for releasing residual energetic blocks and helping the neurological reset needed to balance in energetic homeostasis. Sessions will include a conversational and assessment. Therapist may include a variety of tools and techniques including some applications of oils, sound therapy, shamanic techniques, energy work or massage techniques such as Cranio-Sacral, Reiki, Structural Integration, Biofeedback, and transformational work.

VIBRATIONAL HEALING TOUCH

Set down your thoughts and allow yourself to settle deeply into peace during this beautiful healing session. Once we enter our parasympathetic nervous system state, we can begin to feel sound waves around us much more intensely. Often times we will allow sound to travel into the tender shadowed parts of our bodies that touch cannot access. That is the healing magic of sound and vibrational therapy. This 90 minute service can be highly customized according to your specific interests and needs. Hand-forged brass bowls from Tibet, crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and other healing instruments are placed on and around your body as you enter a deep meditative state. Gentle, light body touches may include Craniosacral and Polarity techniques. Guided breath work and peaceful mind-stilling will be offered as well. Excellent for those needing to access deep relaxation and focus on inner peace through a neurological approach. This service will not include traditional massage touch.

AYURVEDA CHAKRA BODY BALANCE

This synergistic experience includes approaching the body's chakra zones to open blocked areas of tension and release the body's natural energetic flow, resulting in a more harmonious balanced feeling. Combining the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda medicine and the modern techniques of Neuromuscular Massage and Bodywork this experience is certain to unbind your spirit. The service begins with a sound bath using a combination of Quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequency of 432 hz and the 7 chakra zones, Tibetan brass bowls and tuning forks. Next lymph and dead skin are carried away using an Ayurveda dry brush technique, followed by Abyanga oil massage, Reiki and Chakra balancing with essential oils lovingly applied to the your body.

HEALING REIKI + SOUND BATH

Non-touching bodywork, excellent for those processing body trauma and cannot tolerate touch from a therapist. Spa robing is optional and guests are welcome to remain in their own garments.

Reiki Healing is a gentle and subtle type of body work that access the ‘Universal Energy or Life Force’ to transfer it in, around or through your body with a set of intentions. Reiki healers will use a variety of techniques dependent on the needs of the client, the training they received and their desire to mix in additional energy practices they’ve learned. Reiki healing treatments are an energy exchange agreement between client and therapist that requires stillness and comfort. A brief assessment will be given before the service to determine the client’s needs. Once the client is laying warm and comfortably on the table, the therapist can begin the healing treatment. Additional tools may be brought in to compliment this service, including tuning forks, sound bowls, oils, or smudge sticks. The relaxation effects on the mind and body are considered very gentle but deep. Occasionally clients may feel emotions or thoughts rise up during their treatment. Additionally body movements or twitches might occur. These are allowed to arise, pass through and release while the therapist continues working. Feeling unusually relaxed or even deeply tired after a treatment is common and considered a good sign the body has moved to a place of healing (parasympathetic nervous state).

SHIRODHARA HEAD BLISS

This luxuriant experience is our unique take on the ancient body service of 'Shirodhara (meaning head-bliss)', part of the Ayervedic therapy of Panchakarma (5 actions). Recommended treatment is for those undergoing excessive stress or grief. Deeper than normal relaxation is often reached as a result of the binaural sedation. Warm therapeutic oil is transferred into a pendulum vessel and suspended from a copper frame overhead. A gentle stream of oil is slowly poured back and forth over the head while the therapist applies reflexology to the hands & feet. Afterwards a head, neck and abdominal massage is given to further unwind the body's digestive tension.

GONG FU CHA TEA + TARO READING

For many people ‘blocks’ lay in the invisible, unmeasurable and intangible metaphysical world. It may be caught in a thought, or snagged in a memory, and held in place at a forgotten time. Subtle but powerful work can be offered to those able to ‘BE STILL’ and open themselves up to healing energy all around us. The ancient system of Tarot was created and passed down to access this universally available wisdom and focus it directly towards a specific area and time. This beautiful Tea Retreat will include a Gong Fu Cha Tea Ceremony followed by a private Tarot Card reading.
