At Copper Well Retreat we believe body care deserves the same level of attention, expertise and wellness centered customer care as every other service we provide. That means every guest is offered a robe, slippers and hot neck wrap in our lounge before services. Our treatment rooms are completely private -no open area brow/lip waxing. Each treatment is hosted in a spa setting with gentle, relaxing music, padded heated tables with pillows and comfort items offered such as body drapes for modesty, stress balls for discomfort, and eye pillows for relaxation.

Unlike high-volume waxing studios that focus on speed, our loving specialist take time to evaluate and understand your skin, growth patterns, sensitivities and wellness goals. Every treatment is performed with precision, respect, awareness of vulnerability and shyness, and attention to details in order to ensure smooth, healthy and consistent results.

We proudly use premium and hypoallergenic/vegan waxes that are gentle on the skin while supporting a cleaner, more non-toxic approach to personal care. Our skincare partners, Sorella Apothecary helps you to maintain premium skin/hair follicle care before and after your waxing services. Thoughtful home care is a vital part of keeping skin soothed, smooth and supporting long-term skin health. It can also be the top factor in reducing pain and discomfort both during and post wax treatments. Our waxing specialists will work with you to create a personalized waxing schedule that works with your body’s natural hair growth cycles, as well as hormonal and seasonal changes. This HOLISTIC approach to waxing wellness promotes more-even regrowth, fewer ingrown hairs, less discomfort over time, and longer lasting results.

We offer ‘tiered pricing’ in order to reduce cost for those not needing as much time/surface area/hair removed from their body. Tier 1 represents a shorter service time or using less wax. Tier 2 represents a longer service time or using more wax. For a guest’s first wax, or guests who have gone longer than 2 months, we will book your service at a Tier 2 to ensure there is enough time/wax prepared for a premium spa experience. Should your wax specialist find you do not need as much time/wax, your service will be shortened, and your service fee reduced. We welcome guests of all gender, diversity, and identity into our spa- however, we only offer waxing of the pelvic area to guests with female genitalia.
