On Sunday, June 21, 2022, 6:30 pm- 8 pm the tilt of the Earth will reach its zenith, positioning the Northern Hemisphere at our closest point to the Sun. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year & that solar energy will be at the peak of its invigorating power. As we bathe in that abundance, we can fuel ourselves with the fire we need for the colder seasons ahead. This is also a time to reflect on your achievements of the year so far, acknowledge your successes or perhaps burn away anything that didn't work out so you can move on & continue your growth.

To welcome the longest day & prepare ourselves for the journey back away from the light, Embassy of Sound & Copper Well Retreat are offering a special sound bath in the Sage House. Inside this beautiful yurt, participants will relax in a meditative state & experience a rejuvenating sound bath with the resonance of seven powerful gongs that are tuned to the frequencies of celestial bodies.

No prior experience or ability is needed. While resting in shavasana or in a comfortable position, simply let the sound waves take you away to a dream-like world to explore or observe. Some of the benefits of a sound bath can include reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, better sleep, and pain relief. Many people also notice a detoxifying effect as well as feelings of bliss or euphoria. It's a unique and personal experience for everyone.
