Make time to celebrate and honor the feminine Mother in every women. Join owner Dawn for this special women’s only day retreat exclusively designed to restore balance, reset stressed nerves and manifest more joy in your life.  She will host a limited number of female guests in our new beloved Sage House Yurt. The day will begin with a Gong Fu Cha tea mediation service and light mid morning breakfast. After learning about your Ayurveda body-mind Dosha types, the group will mix their own personal blend of bath powders, salts and body oils to be taken home later as a gift. During midday a gentle vegetarian Ayurveda lunch and tea will be served. Later the group will collaborate to create a large botanical mandala in the energy center. Talks on motherhood, connecting to our ancient wisdom passed from the women before us and the divine mother that resides over all women will be followed by a female-body focused yoga practice that incorporates the complex connections of the female body to movement and breath.  The day will end with a cleansing ritual and blessing. This retreat is appropriate for goddesses in any stage of life; be it maiden, mother or crone.
