Restorative Yoga Class with Crystal & Tibetan Bowls Healing Mediation Event

Please join us for a special Restorative Yoga Class and Vibrational Healing experience led by Dawn Eick, using Crystal Bowls and Brass Bowls.

This year’s theme set by EARTHDAY.ORG is “Restore Our Earth” We care deeply about our Earth and strive to be a low-carbon footprint business reducing our waste, buying ethically and environmentally kind products and putting our energy towards other collectives striving to help make a better world for all of us.  Collectively we gather to focus our energy towards healing our world and each other.

Please wear comfortable loose, or flexible clothing. Bring a personal yoga mat and pillows/bolsters or blanket for relaxing during the Vibrational Healing experience.
