'Spirit Before Body' Yoga + Meditation Class

'Spirit Before Mind Retreat' Yoga & Meditation classes will be offered Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12pm-1pm and from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Copper Well Retreat is partnering with Arkansas Yoga Collective to bring this lovely retreat for your spirit in an effort to help our clients incorporate stress-reducing practices into their weekly routine. Daily stress is the #1 trouble with which our clients struggle. We invite you to 'invest time in yourself' and join us as often as you can for an hour of peace. The class will begin with a dialog from the instructor giving the mind focus, then slow, gentle yoga movements and stretches will open and relax the body followed by a 10-15m meditation/quiet prayer time.

Class fee is $12. Early registration is available through our MindBody App or by contacting us directly.
